When invoking prosodyctl adduser <valid JID>, prosodyctl seems to hang on
my system. But it's not hanging, it's waiting for input actually. The only
problem is, that it does not flush the output buffer before reading the
password.

So when hitting enter the first time, it prints the output of the first
question, but has already read the password for this.
